Amazon Brand Registry

I have paid my seller fee and did all my setup with T-shirt gang, and still can’t load any product after 2 weeks. Amazon is saying I need to send in proof of brand name and registry. I am really pissed right now and can’t figure out what I am supposed to do. John with Graphic Tee coach said that I was all set and never mad mention of anything else that was required. i need help now!
