(Member Content) Tip #10 of 10 – Start Mining (No, Not Bitcoin!)
This is part of a 10 minipost series called "10 Tried, Tested, Proven Ways to Make $100K/year Selling T Shirts Online" that will help you become a better t-shirt seller.
Mine data… specifically keywords! The “Let’s Get Technical” section gave you an intro to mining. Mining AdWords data. Now, there are many other sources:
- Your actual sales data
- Top sellers reports
- Trend data (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- News reports
- Top 10 lists
- Gossip site trends
- Basically every source you’ve learned about above.
Compile all that info into a list of keywords. If you see keywords coming up more often than others, highlight them in green… for dollars.
Once you’ve got your data mine, then design t-shirts associated with your top keywords.
